Ruff, Ruff! ~ My name is Mel Mel, Store Manager of Jan Sketchbook.

I am a cream color poodle, a little chubby and fluffy girl, I was born with short legs, my neighbours said I look like a baby bichon. Once upon a time, father took me home to meet mum. Mum loves drawing and love fluffy friends.

A year later, mum adopted a grey, little poodle, she became my little sister, her name is “Chan Siu Pak”- it means “Little dusty” , because she is all grey, just like a piece of dust but with a white pattern near her chest. She was always sick when she just came home, and looked poor and unpleasant, however me and mum took care of her with love, she is now a beautiful, lovely poodle. Her main job is editor and marketing executive for our shop.

We love mummy, and mummy loves us, when she has time she would draw us by looking at our photos~ One day, she printed our drawings on to phone cases, cushions and bags,  no matter where she goes, like going to work, travel or just stay at home, we are always staying with her. Everyone loves what she made, even her friends asked her to draw their fluffy kids to make beautiful daily accessories.

So this is why mummy decided to open this online shop, hoping to help more parents to make accessories to remember the lovely moments of their fluffy kids. Me and Siu Pak hoping we can share our happiness and playful ideas with other fluffy friends.
